YOU MUST READ THIS! my stay was excellent. Spacious room with king size bed. Every single staff member I interacted with gave me a smile and was extremely courteous, helpful and kind. 4 people specifically stood out for their outstanding service and hospitality. Mohammad, the food and beverage manager went out of his way to accommodate my requests and did so cheerfully and efficiently. Teresa, my breakfast server made sure both my water and coffee cup stayed full, and did so with a smile. I also got to meet David, the chef who made my eggs Florentine breakfast. He was not only courteous, but was humble and thankful in regards to my compliments of his cooking. That man is a an expert in his craft. Best eggs Florentine I have ever had. And Mellesa at the front desk was very nice and asked me how my stay was and made sure I was happy upon my check out. Your hotel is not only clean and friendly but the lobby is very appealing to the eyes upon entry. Keep doing what you are doing. Thank you for a pleasant and enjoyable stay at your hotel. Front Desk – Bryan George
I opened an office in Stamford recently and i’ve been staying at the Crown Plaza in Stamford for the past 3 weeks. So far I must say the customer service experience is top notch from the second I walk in the hotel. Specifically, Bryan George, who works at the front desk. It’s employees like Bryan that make me keep coming back. He provides the red carpet service every time I arrive. The hotel is lucky to have an employee that takes customer service to the next level.

Great hotel
Very affordable and clean hotel. Front desk attendant was nice and very helpful. Parking was super easy only 10$ a day which is amazing. Hotel looks very modern and new. Rooms are clean and well maintained. A lot of nice amenities as well.
